Protein Rich Whole Wheat Orzo

Organic Whole Wheat Orzo is a great vegetarian source of protein, with 7 grams in only 1/3 of a cup.
Not to mention 9 grams of fiber!
It’s easy to incorporate into dishes, and is a great substitute for brown rice.
I’m always surprised at how obsessed people are with protein in this country, and how many people still believe you need to consume animals to get enough.
There are so many heart healthy, low fat, vegetable sources of protein, that are easy to find and taste great!
They are cruelty-free,  better for our bodies, and better for the environment. The choice seems obvious to me!
