Beanitos – Corn Free Chips!

beanitos

We try not to eat a lot of processed food, but as much as I would like to, I can’t make everything from scratch!
Beanitos are one of my favorite chips for a lot of reasons.

They are not made from corn! Most of the corn today is genetically modified, and it’s genetic makeup more closely resembles a pesticide, than an actual vegetable.

They are made primarily from beans which is why they have 5 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein per serving!

They are not only corn free, but free of wheat, gluten, soy and trans fats.

They are great plain, but I usually eat them with guacamole or hummus, for a high fiber, high protein snack.
